Gave us 72 hours to report any damages, immediately sent a very friendly and awesome maintenance team member to fix those findings, and amended the faults we found with an incredibly sincere and amazing care package. This is an extremely welcoming and thoughtful neighborhood!! Couldn’t be more happy with Veri!

Both Andrew the maintenance guy and Alyssa the apartment manager are fantastic. The apartment isn’t in the best part of town yet they keep it clean, quiet, comfortable and safe. The onsite daycare center helps. I think homeless people are less apt to do drugs in front of a daycare center and probably the cops are quicker to chase them off if they do. The apartments themselves are a bit dated inside but they are super nice and comfortable. The back decks are the best I’ve ever seen in a complex like this. The dumpsters are rarely overfilled. People don’t smoke on the property. They take it seriously. I’m not sure about the management company I didn’t deal with them, but as long as Andrew and Alyssa are there I’d say you are in good hands.

There were some issues with the parts that came with the shower kit, but the maintenance team of Anthony and Pavel were able to make the modification necessary and the shower door no longer leaks. The Maintenance Team and Management at Veri Vancouver really are concerned that the residents repair requests get taken care of in a timely manner.

Aside from getting several bikes stolen this year and not renewing my lease. I would still recommend Veri Vancouver apartments as a great place. Thanks for everything.

I’ve lived here a year and half and I absolutely love the cherry bloom trees and the bright flowers in the summer and spring time are just amazing! The apartments are comfy and have a freakin fireplace 😄 my son loves the basketball hoop they have in the back of the complex and a cute little daycare in the front.

I have lived here several years. Though-out the changes of management everything has gotten better with time! Sabrina, Kayla & Anthony are always quick to assist. Since they took over work orders get done quickly as well as exterior improvements have happened to the property and it looks amazing. Keep up the good work guys!

So far it's been great. The traffic in the area is somewhat noisy but the staff have been great and the apartments have many nice features. Some facilities would be nice but I knew beforehand that no additional facilities existed.

I lived here for a year and a half and my experience was great! I unfortunately had to move to be closer to work, otherwise I would have stayed here for much longer. My favorite thing about these apartments was the property manager Lori. She is on top of everything, quick to respond, no nonsense but still delightful! Whenever I have had a maintenance call, it was answered quickly and they were very respectful of my home and pets. There is tons of storage space, and I have not had an issue with parking since the construction stopped. The construction was very difficult to deal with and went on much longer than they originally planned, but it is all done now and I don't think there will be any big projects like that for a while! Overall, this place was great and I would recommend it to a friend.

My father is the maintanice worker everytime he get a call about anything at the property he is fast to get back to you and quick to help.He has worked here for 3 months and loves his job. His boss is Lori (The property manager) Is friendly and does what she can to help. MY dad seems very happy working for Shaffer and associates. He and his boss Lori make a good team.

I lived here for several months while shopping for and then buying a house in Vancouver. The apartments are spacious, affordable, and the staff was wonderful. Management went the extra mile for residents and maintenance issues were handled promptly. If I could change anything, though, it would have been to flip the floor plan of the apartment. Who thought it would be a good idea to have the bedrooms facing the parking lots? No way to avoid noise from cars starting up, especially in the summer when windows are open. I lived upstairs, and I could easily see into my downstairs neighbor's bedroom if she left her blinds open as I went up the stairs to my front door. Otherwise, it was conveniently located, and if you have small kids, there's a childcare center right on site.
